Alumni operation

What is the ALUMNI program? The ALUMNI program is an initiative of the Sports Hall aimed at extending the meetings and enriching exchanges initiated during our workshops. It takes the form of a platform accessible to alumni members, offering the possibility of participating in self-managed workshop sessions and benefiting from the dynamic network of former participants of the Gym . How to become an Alumni member? To join the Alumni program, an annual contribution of 155.– is required. Once a member, you will have access to the dedicated platform and can register for the workshop sessions offered. What sessions are offered? We set up 3-day workshop sessions, limited to 7 or 8 participants per session. Initially, 5 sessions will be available, with new sessions gradually being added to ensure places are available. The sessions take place either in person in rooms in Geneva or Lausanne, or online. How to register for a session? On the platform, you will find information about each session, including the number of places remaining. You can register directly or place yourself on a waiting list if the session is full. Registration is anonymous, and you can cancel your participation up to 15 days before the start of the session. How many sessions can I join? As an Alumni member, you are eligible to participate in four sessions per year. This gives you flexibility and the opportunity to explore different workshops throughout the year. How do the workshops take place? The workshops are completely autonomous, taking up the structure and spirit of the workshops in the Sports Hall. Participants use shared tools and methodologies to organize and manage sessions according to their needs. This includes a charter, a feedback guideline, a reading guide and a file format among 5 proposals. Are there any rules to follow? Yes, a few basic rules must be respected to ensure the workshops run smoothly: be present, respect schedules, maintain cleanliness of the premises, etc. These rules are essential to create an environment conducive to exchange and collective work.
